The German Association of Jewellery, Watches, Clocks, Silverware and Related Industries is the most important interest group in this branch of industry. This applies nationally, in the European Union and internationally.

As the representative body of manufacturers, trading companies and service providers in the jewellery, clock and watch making, materials, tools, special machines, semi-finished products, furnishings, electroplanting and packaging sectors the Federation functions as intermediary between politics and industry.
